Toronto Police were called to a medical in the area of Queen St East and Booth Ave on April 17th at approximately 1:50pm.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene to find a man in serious condition. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the man will remain private until his next of kin is notified.

The victim has been identified as Martin R.W. Hauck, 56, his cause of death has not been released at this time.

Police are searching for Glenn Gaetan, 25, of Toronto. Gaetan is wanted for first degree murder.
Glenn Gaetan should be considered armed and dangerous. If located dial 911.
Update: Glenn Gaetan surrendered to Toronto police on Thursday April 20th. Gaetan has been charged with first degree murder in the death of Martin R.W Hauck. Gaetan is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Friday, April 21, at 10 a.m., room 505.
