Joel Alexander, 28, was pronounced dead in hospital after he was shot while in his car, in the entertainment district on December 11, around 4 p.m. The female passenger managed to escape unharmed.

Police have said that this was a targeted shooting.

No suspects have been released at this point. Police said they are looking for a silver car either an Infiniti or a Lexus.
