The SQ was called to a to the home on Union Street on October 6th at approximately 2:00am.
On arrival police located Linda Benoit, whose body showed signs of violence. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Her roommate, Eric Biscotti, 55, was arrested Sunday morning and sent to hospital. Police said Biscotti was declared unfit to stand trial.
