Six Nations police lay manslaughter charge in July overdose

Six Nations police and emergency medical services responded to a residence on Chiefswood Road for a medical complaint on July 2nd.

On arrival police located two unconcious people. Both people were rushed to hospital where the 20-year-old female victim died.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested a 27-year-old man from Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation on Dec. 15th and charged him with manslaughter, unlawfully causing bodily harm and trafficking fentanyl.
