Winnipeg, Manitoba 2026 Homicide Victim List

A 32-year-old man has been found dead inside a Winnipeg residence following a domestic-related incident, marking the city’s 27th homicide of 2026.

The Winnipeg Police Service reports that East District officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of Martin Avenue West at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Upon arrival, officers located a deceased man inside the home. He was identified as 32-year-old Kyle Aaron WOODHOUSE, a member of Sagkeeng First Nation who resided in Winnipeg.

A 28-year-old woman, Andrea Evelyn Marie TWOVOICE, was arrested and charged with Manslaughter. She has been detained in custody.
