The 2025 Regina Homicide Victim List is available here

Regina police responded to a call for service on Marshall Crescent at approximately 2:00 a.m. on May 30, 2025.

Upon arrival, police located a deceased adult male. The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Wahkia Ewalk. Investigation has determined the cause of death to be as a result of homicide.

A Gofundme campaign has been created by the family.

Update: Regina Police announced on June 5th that Angus FOX, 32, and Herb FOX, 34, were arrested on June 4, 2025, in Edmonton, AB, for their roles in the homicide of Wahkia Ewalk.

Angus FOX has been charged with First-Degree Murder [CC 235(1)]. Herb FOX was charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder [CC 240].
