Surrey RCMP located a man with apparent stab wounds in the 1700-block of 152nd Street on August 16th at approximately 3:00am.
The victim, Delphin Paul Prestbakmo, 45, died at the scene. Police believe the attack was targeted and said the investigation is still in the early stages. No arrests have been made at this time.
