Halifax District RCMP, fire and EHS responded to a report of a man with life-threatening injuries at a home on Sackville Dr. in Middle Sackville on July 3, at approximately 9:10 p.m.

On arrival police located 71-year-old Noel Fredericks of Middle Sackville, deceased at the scene. His death has been ruled a homicide by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner’s Office.

Investigators are seeking information in relation to the identity of a woman, driving a maroon-coloured vehicle, who is believed to have attended the victim’s business, Noel Fredericks Auto, located at 1250 Sackville Dr., on July 3 at approximately 6 p.m.

Police would also like to speak with anyone who may have been in the area, that same day, and may have dashcam footage.
