Update: Canada-Wide Warrant Issued for 27-Year-Old Manpreet Singh in Homicide Investigation After Amanpreet Saini was Found Dead at Charles Daley Park in Lincoln

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., uniformed officers from the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 8 District, serving Grimsby, Lincoln, and West Lincoln, responded to a call at Charles Daley Park in Lincoln after the body of a woman with traumatic injuries was discovered.

Following a post-mortem examination, investigators have determined that the woman’s death is being treated as a homicide.

The victim has been identified as a woman from outside the Niagara Region. She has been identified as Amanpreet Saini of North York.

The scene at Charles Daley Park has been processed, and the park has since reopened to the public.

A Canada-wide warrant is being issued for 27-year-old Manpreet Singh of Brampton on the following charge:

• Second-Degree Murder.

Investigators believe that Singh left the country shortly after Amanpreet’s body was found.
