Peter Nassichuk 37, died in hospital April 11th, nearly three weeks after a fight broke out at a Calgary liquor store on March 24th leaving him with a head wound.

Police say Nassichuck was hit in the head, lost consciousness and then hit his head again on the pavement.

Rico Properzi 31, turned himself into police and has been charged with manslaughter.
