Penticton police responded to an “altercation between several people,” the area of Lakeshore Drive at Power Street, and the skate park in Riverside Park on May 13th.

On arrival police located a 27-year-old man who has been identified by castanet as Thomas Kruger-Allen deceased.

According tp reports Kruger-Allen had a lengthy history with violent crime. He participated in a group attack outside the Mule Nightclub, which has since closed, in 2017.
