Ottawa police responded to the 2700 block of Carousel Crescent on May 9th at 6:15 pm.
On arrival, police located William Bryant, 74, deceased.
Police arrested Ahmed Ismail, 43, at 12:00 pm, however, no information has been released regarding charges.
