Update: Justin Hack charged – OPP investigates the homicide of Kimberley Hack, in Lambton County

Ontario Provincial Police responded to a residence in Northville Estates on Northfield Crescent at about 1:40 p.m on November 29th, where they located one person deceased, and another with serious injuries.

The injured person was brought to the hospital, and the Police said the suspect was arrested without incident. No other information is available at this time.

Update: Justin Hack made a brief court appearance on November 30th via video, from the Lambton OPP detachment in Petrolia. According to The London Free Press, Hack was informed that he faces charges of second-degree murder in the death of Kimberley Hack, attempted murder of Thomas Organ, and two counts of assault with a weapon (a knife) involving Nancy and Peter Gosnek.
