Ottawa police responded to the area of 1485 Heatherington Road at 10:40pm for reports of a shooting on May 26th at approximately 10:40pm.
Police arrived to find Mouhamed Serhan, 24, suffering from gunshot wounds outside of the apartment complex. Serhan was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Idres ISMAIL, 22, turned himself in to police on May 28th. Ismail has been charged with second degree murder.
