Brooks RCMP received a report of an unresponsive female in an apartment complex on June 22nd at approximately 11:37am.

On arrival police located 30-year-old Tamara Debbie Soosay of Brooks deceased. Her cause of death has not been released at this time.

As a result of their investigation, RCMP have arrested and charged Mat Bangoang Choap (35) of Brooks with:

· Second Degree Murder
