Thunder Bay Paramedics were dispatched to a residential address on the city’s south side in the evening hours of May 20, 2023, following reports of an elderly man who had fallen.

The 90-year-old male victim was transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre where he died of his injuries on June 13, 2023.

While it was originally reported that the male had fallen down some stairs, police learned of allegations that the male was pushed.

Mandy KAZOUN, 63, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Manslaughter

The accused and victim were known to one another.
