London man faces manslaughter charged in relation to the 2021 overdose death of Neil Stephen Harvey

Police said Neil Stephen Harvey, 39, of Ilderton, was located in medical distress in a parking lot in London’s south end on Dec. 21st 2021.

Harvey’s cause of death was an overdose of fentanyl. At the time of his death, Harvey was on leave from his paramedic job due to post-traumatic stress disorder.

Investigators determined that Raed Ghanem, 35, had sold Harvey the Fentanyl and charged him with Manslaughter on  May 10 2022.
