Surrey RCMP were called to the 10700-block of 124 Street on November 11th at around 5:00pm on report of a disturbance.

Police arrived to find Andrew Baldwin suffering from critical injuries. despite life-saving efforts, the victim was pronounced at the scene. The cause of death has not been released at this time.

Police said the death does not appear to be random or connected to gang conflicts. It has been reported that Andrew Baldwin is the brother of Chilliwack homicide victim Keith Baldwin.

Surrey Police arrested Jordan Bottomley and Jagpal Hothi on Friday, January 24th 2020, and charged both men with first-degree murder.

The IHIT announced that Jasman Basran, 21, was arrested today and charged with accessory after the fact to murder in connection with the homicide of Andrew Baldwin

Munroop Hayer has been charged with 1st-degree murder in the 2019 homicide of Andrew Baldwin. Hayer is the 4th person charged in the case. According to Post Media Hayer was arrested after he was recognized by Surrey RCMP’s gang enforcement team at the spot where his friend Riyad Rasheed was gunned down.
