Surrey police responded to a report of a shooting in front of a shopping complex at the corner of 152 Street and Fraser Highway, at approximately 7:40 p.m on November 29th.

Police ad paramedics arrived to find Riyad Rasheed, 29 suffering from serious injuries. He was pronounced at the scene.

 Police said Rasheed is known to them and that they believe he was targeted.
