IHIT called to investigate after a man was found deceased in a wooded area in Langley

Langley RCMP were called to a wooded area in the 7400 block of 208 street in Langley, BC on March 29th at approximatey 12:20pm.

Police located a deceased adult male victim, the cause of death has not been released. Investigators said based on the investigative theory, this does not appear to be a random act. The victim has been identified as Nicholas Ball, 29.

“I want to assure the public that IHIT is well-resourced for all our recent investigations” says IHIT spokesperson Detective Corporal Sukhi Dhesi. “We have the support of our specialized policing partners, Lower Mainland Integrated (ITeams), and our dedicated homicide investigators.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has been called and will be working in partnership with Langley RCMP. Information will be updated as it becomes available.
