The 2024 Mississauga Homicide Victim List is available here

Peel Police responded to reports of an altercation at a residence near Joan Drive and Central Parkway Drive in the City of Mississauga, on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 3:47 a.m.

On arrival, officers located one adult man suffering from obvious signs of trauma.  He was rushed to hospital, where he died of his injuries.  Two other men were found injured and transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said several suspects fled in a white-coloured SUV.  There are no suspect descriptions at this time.

Update: The victim has been identified as 55-year-old, WEI Ruo Zhao of Mississauga.
