The Toronto 2024 Homicide Victim List is available here

Toronto police were called to a shooting in the area of Allen Road and Lawrence Avenue West in North York, on September 30th at 11:57pm.

On arrival police located a man in his 20’s suffering from gunshot wounds in a plaza parking lot. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. The victim has been identified as Joey Omar Black, 26, of Toronto.

Anyone who was in the area at the time, who may have dash camera or video surveillance is asked to contact police.
