 Halifax District RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Hwy. 7 in East Preston on August 30th at approximately 6:45pm.

Police arrived to find the body of a deceased man in the vehicle. The RCMP is investigating the death as a homicide. The cause of death and victim’s identity has not been released at this time.

Investigators believe the incident was targeted in nature and there is no risk to the public.
