Edmonton Police responded to report of an injured male in an alley near 118 Avenue and 82 Street on October 17th at approximately 9:40.
Police arrived to find 36-year-old Virgil Quinn, on the ground in medical distress. Quinn was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries on October 28th. The cause of death has not been released at this time.

Edmonton police charged Clayton Dennis Cardinal, 36, with manslaughter. The cause of Quinn’s death was determined to be blunt head trauma.
