Delta Police Department (DPD) responded to the report of a shooting located in the 11100 block of 82nd Ave on December 14th, 2023, at approximately 5:45 PM.
Police arrived to find a single victim suffering from injuries sustained in the shooting. They were rushed to hospital where they died of their injuries.
Police said the homicide was targeted, and the victim is known to police. At the request of the family, the DPD will not be identifying the victim publicly.
