Calgary police lay charges in the Sheldon Wolf homicide

Calgary police said Sheldon Wolf, from Carrot River, Saskatchewan, was reported missing on Monday, February 3rd. He was last seen on February 2nd, leaving the Sandman Hotel at approximately 7:00pm.

Investigators found evidence connected to Wolf’s disappearance in Elliston Park, and on February 4th police located the body of Wolf in a rural area north of Airdrie. The cause of death has not been released.

Fayiah (Victor) Briama, 23, of Calgary, has been charged with first-degree murder. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020.
