Calgary 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

Calgary police responded to the report of an assault involving a weapon at an athletic park in the area of Copperstone Road S.E on September 5th at approximately 7:45 p.m.

Police arrived to find a man suffering from what appeared to be stab wounds. He was transported to hospital in life-threatening condition, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The accused, aged 16 and 18, each face one count of second-degree murder in the homicide of 18-year-old Danillo CANALES GLENN.
