North Vancouver RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the 1100-block of Lonsdale Avenue on April 2nd at approximately 10:45 am.

Police arrived to find 32-year-old Ngoc Mai (Anita) Nguyen suffering from gunshot wounds. Nguyen was rushed to hospital where police said she was suffering
“non-survivable” injuries. Nguyen died of her injuries in hospital.
