York Regional Police responded to the area of Ninth Line and Aurora Road on March 27th for a report that a male victim had been shot.

Police and paramedics arrived to find Alex Perlmutter, 22, of Sutherland Ontario deceased. Police believe that there were three male suspects involved who were driving a black SUV. They have been described as:

Suspect 1:

• Male, Black
• Cornrows in hair
• Wearing a camo sweater and track pants
• Armed with a firearm

Suspect 2:

• Male, Black
• Wearing blue shoes
• Shorter than suspect 1 and 3

Suspect 3:

• Male, Black
• Wearing a large  chain
• Same height as Suspect 1
