The 2025 Quebec Homicide Victim List is available here

Bedford Quebec police were called to a shooting inside an apartment building on St-Joseph Street on December 15th at approximately 5:00am.

On arrival police located a 38-year-old man who had been shot inside the home. Police have not released his name; however, Le Journal de Quebec has identified him as Evan Duclos. He was rushed to hospital where he was declared deceased.

According to reports, Duclos has a history of multiple criminal convictions, including offences related to drug trafficking.

No arrests have been made at this time.
