Cross Lake RCMP responded to a report of a male in need of medical attention on July 17th at approximately 11:45am.

Police arrived and attended to the victim before he was rushed to a nursing station where he was pronounced deceased. RCMP said the manner of death is a homicide.

A 30-year-old woman, from Cross Lake, has been arrested and is in custody. No other information has been released at this time.
