Winnipeg police responded to a report of a shooting in the 400 block of Young Street on January 23rd at approximately 8:46am.

Officers arrived to find Dustin Curtis Kyle Gibbs, 28, of Winnipeg severely injured. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
