Winnipeg police responded to a report of an injured male in the 300 block of Cumberland Avenue on May 23rd at approximately 1:00 a.m.

On arrival, police located 39-year-old Ralph MOISE, a member of Sayisi Dene First Nation, residing in Tadoule Lake, suffering from upper-body injuries. Officers administered emergency medical aid to the 39-year-old man, which included applying chest seals. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The Winnipeg Police Service’s Homicide Unit is asking for your help to locate 33-year-old Paul Xavier BONNICK as a suspect. A Canada-Wide warrant for Second Degree Murder has been issued.
