Winnipeg Homicide #2 – Two charged in relation to the murder of Wendell John Boulanger

Winnipeg Police responded to a residence in the 500 block of Craig Street for a report of an assault on January 28th at approximately 1:26pm.

Police arrived to find 44-year-old Wendell John Boulanger suffering from serious injuries, and officers began to provide emergency first aid, including CPR. The male was transported to hospital in critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Issa Musa, 27, of Winnipeg. Musa is described as Black, 5’10”, approximately 162 lbs, a medium build, brown eyes and black hair. He is known to have tattoos on both forearms.

Update February 3rd.
Winnipeg police arrested Issa Pa MUSA, 27, on February 1st, and have charged him with Second Degree Murder.

Update July 7th
Winnipeg police attended a residence in the Chalmers neighbourhood on July 6th, and arrested Diedra Amiela Goodwin, 19. She has been charged with:

– Manslaughter
– Robbery (x2)
– Forcible Confinement (x2)

A third suspect, Lana Delorraine Letandre, a 44-year-old female of Winnipeg, was arrested and was charged with:

– Robbery (x3)
