VicPD officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 700-Block of Pandora Avenue at approximately 4:00 a.m on March 31st.

Police arrived to find one deceased male and another victim, who was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

One person has been taken into custody and there is no further risk to the public.
