Two youths accused in the death of Hannah Leflar.

The Crown says it will seek adult sentences in the case of two 16-year-old boys charged with the first-degree murder of Hannah Leflar, 16 .

That will mean longer sentences if the teens charged in Regina’s first homicide of 2015 are convicted.

Leflar, 16, was found dead in her Regina home Jan. 12. Two teens, also 16, were later arrested and charged by Regina police. Their names can not be publicized because of their age.

Update July 7th 2017
Skylar Prockner, 19, Leflar’s ex boyfriend who was 16 at the time of the murder, was sentenced to life imprisonment with no eligibility for parole for 10 years.
