Winnipeg police said two adult males began rummaging through a shopping cart belonging to 52-year-old Peter Louis Bogaki on July 31st at approximately 4:00am in the 600 block of Sherbrook Street.

Police said a verbal exchange occurred that escalated to a physical altercation between the three men, with the victim being repeatedly punched and kicked and rendered unconscious. Bogaki was located several hours later in life threatening condition and rushed to hospital where he died on August 2nd.

Isaac Nicholas RICHARD-MCKAY, 19, of Winnipeg, was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Murder, and Kadin Seth YOUNG, 22, of Winnipeg, was arrested and charged with Manslaughter.
