Troy Cecil Napope’s 23, burnt out car was found in May in Prince Albert, however he is still missing and police are now considering his disappearance to be a homicide.

Napope’s car was found on May 28th, and he was reported missing on June 6th. Police have no leads on locating the body of Napope, but believe that he is dead.
