At approximately 5:21 a.m., officers responded to a call about a shooting at a residence near Weston Road and Albion Road. Upon arrival, police located a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Tragically, the victim—a man in his 40s—was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, no information about a suspect has been released. The Toronto Police Homicide Unit has been notified and has taken over the investigation.
