The 2025 Toronto Homicide Victim List is available here

Toronto police responded to a shooting in the area of Kingston and Galloway roads at around 10:20 p.m. on September 15th.

On arrival, police and paramedics located 23-year-old Shakur Clarke-Sargeant, who was also known as YTN Paco, suffering from gunshot injuries. Investigators said he later died of his injuries.

Update: On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, one male was arrested in relation to this investigation.
Jeavon Quashie, 21, of Toronto, was charged with: First Degree Murder

On Monday, September 22, 2025, investigators announced the identity of the second suspect wanted in this homicide investigation. Douvon ELLIS, 18, of No Fixed Address, is wanted on a warrant in the first instance for: First Degree Murder.

The judicial authorization that permitted the use of a photo of the wanted party that was obtained when he was a Young Person expired at 12:45 p.m. Sept 27th.
