Toronto police responded to the report of an injured person at the intersection of St. Clair and Nairn avenues, just east of Lansdowne Avenue, shortly before 3 a.m. on December 21.
On arrival police located a male victim who was was stabbed. The victim was rushed to hospital and later pronounced deceased. He has been identified as David Cardoso, 21, of Toronto.
Nelson Raposo Vidinha, 31, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
He is scheduled to attend the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 105.
