Toronto police responded to a call for a shooting at 10 San Romanoway on December 18, at approximately 6:17am.
Police and paramedics arrived to find Lawrence Errol Joel John, 28, of Toronto, inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. John was pronounced at the scene.
It is alleged that Jones and a woman were sitting in a vehicle when they were approached by a group. The group shot into the car then fled the scene.
