Toronto police announced that on October 3rd TPS were alerted of an altercation at Toronto South Detention Centre.
It was reported that an inmate was assaulted by another inmate. The victim, 69-year-old Euplio Cusano was located suffering from injuries and was transported to hospital. Cusano died of his injuries on October 4th.
On Sunday, October 6, 2024, Ivan Ademovic, 54, of Toronto, was charged with:
