Elk Point RCMP responded to a shooting at a home on Frog Lake, on October 1st at approximately 7:30am.
On arrival police located Kevin Buffalo, 36, suffering from shooting injuries. He was declared deceased by EMS.
Police arrested Gerald Lagimodiere, 22, and charged with second-degree murder.
