Toronto police responded to the report of a stabbing at Allen Gardens on October 5th at 10:38pm.
On arrival police located Kassa Tesfaye, 46, of Toronto, suffering from stabbing injuries. The victim was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police said a group of people were hanging out in the park when they were approached by a man who walked up to the group and stabbed Kassa Tesfaye.
Police are searching for a suspect who has been described as Male, Black, 5’8″, 20s, who fled the area toward Jarvis.
