Toronto police responded to a call for a shooting in the Scarlett Road and Scarlettwoods Court area on June 17th at approximately 10:41pm.

Police arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite lifesaving efforts, the victim was pronounced at the scene.

TPS said a second victim walked into a nearby hospital suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. It was determined that the man was also shot during the same incident.

Toronto police have identified the victim as Bryan Bernard, 27, of Toronto.
