Toronto Police responded to a report of gun shots and an injured man in a parking lot, in the area of  Victoria Park Avenue.

Police located the victim, Bryan Thomas, 32, from the Peterborough area in medical distress. Thomas was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police said suspects were seen fleeing from the scene in a white subcompact vehicle, eastbound on Terraview Boulevard.
