The 2025 Ontario Homicide Victim List is available here

The Thunder Bay Police Service responded to a 911 call in the 300 block of Edward Street North, on October 14, 2025, at approximately, 4:12 pm.

On arrival, officers located a deceased male, later identified as Quinnel LA ROSE, 18, of Milton, Ontario.

On November 21st, Christian WILLIAMS-KAZADI, 18, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder. 

WILLIAMS-KAZADI was bound by a weapons prohibition resulting from a shooting incident on May 3, 2023, in the 200 block of Amelia Street, West.
