Thunder Bay police responded to report of an assault in progress in the 100 block of Picton Avenue on March 3rd, Just after Midnight.
Police and paramedics arrived to find two women outside near the street, suffering from serious injuries. Both victims were rushed to hospital where one woman died of her injuries. The victim’s identity has not been released.
Thunder Bay Police have arrested and charged a 20-year-old Brianna Netemegesic, with Second-Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault.
