The 2024 Laval Homicide Victim List is available here

Laval Police were called to a parking lot near Curé-Labelle Boulevard and Highway 440 on April 3rd, just before midnight.

On arrival, police located the victim, whom journal de montreal has identified as Frédérick Michel, 29, deceased in his BMW. Michel had suffered gunshot wounds to his ribs, neck and lower back.

A burnt-out Honda Accord, was located later by police.

According to reports Frédérick Michel was well known to police. He was allegedly a member of the 24 Gang, a red street gang based in the Saint-François district of Laval. Michel’s rap sheet of charges included drug offenses and the production of false documents.

No arrests have been made.
